ultra long entry. haha haha. band was so super fun on saturday man. met up with shuang and nic at 11 first. apparently shuang came at 11.30. haha. we went to Accent to buy mouthpiece for peeee. birthday presssieeeee... haha Pee: i'm glad you like it! anyways we had a lot of fun in band, the swaying for Noah's ark, and nic dreading to play Bamberg, Pee dreading Elizabeth. well. tho i play first for bamberg with nic, i didnt mind la. i mean afterall i didnt play it for a month right. gosh. haaha so i was affected when the first piece we played after two of them were chanting, was bamberg. super funny. hahaha made me laugh all the way. then the bells up part of Noah's ark was so grand man. the horn sound was so solid i tell you. haa. cos fang didnt come, so i played the lower part with pee n charlene, while stupid fatt ge n nic were blasting so loudly the high part. haa. such is the comical duo. fatt is happy he has a guy to stand with him thru the suaning now. haa. i know it!!! well k this is gonna be a long blog. i shall just briefly share abt my experience over at the states. it's not much, really. i mean how much fun can it be when you're not with your closest friends or family? am i right? what's more, i had to leave my husband for a month. n he sat there all lonely in his poor case while i was playing a fool, till nic had turned him into a girl when his own wife had screwed up on him. haha. poor husband of mine.. -my horn- i visited disneyland, disney's california adventure, knottsberry farm, universal studios, and six flags. six flags n cali adv n uni studios was very fun. haa. i'd say the rides are six flags are really the boldest in the world. haha. love it! anyways, ya when i first arrived at LA, Long Beach, we stayed for abt slightly more than a week with my kat ah yi. she brought us to vegas while we were there, watched a really good musical. it's called Mama-Mia! haha. it's so funny, and it's nice, i love it! n LV is like beautiful at night. all e neon lights and everything. pretty!! real pretty. did some pretty good shopping on the way too. haha. ok. so we flew over to Florida just 3 days before Connor's play. (Connor's my darling lil cousin who's oh-so-cute!) yep. think i have an earlier entry on florida. so i shall skip this one. anyways, Connor's play went great. he's still so cute, Sean's getting more handsome. haha. the two ang mo boys are so adorable. haha. back to LA, the next day we flew again from Long Beach airport to San francisco. ahhaha. i like San Fran.. beautiful Beautiful city!! it's like the hills and all.. so the roads are going steeply up and down, up and down. ahaha. so fun, esp when we take the cable car. hahaha. and San Fran is really cold. i love the weather. love love san fran the most. hahaha. hmmm.. yup and having spent two days there, we went for a city tour, which only took 3 1/2 hours. really cool, going around the whole place. there's this gay town ya know? and the gays n lesbians have this big flag flying high over gay town proclaiming their homosexuality. i mean it's quite erm, bold (no offence to anyone) but the flag's really really pretty tho. it's like rainbow coloured. pretty pretty!! yup and then was universal studios and a lot more shopping. hmmmm. i guess that's about all. i love band i love band i love band. hahaa. so happy to see nic bonding well with the section, am really happy abt that. cos he's quite quiet. but now, he's noisy noisy. good for him! hahaha. n pee's happy once again. cos got someone to sway with her during the oboe solo for Noah's ark. haha. and then she has someone to bounce around the bandroom with her once again. poor her, deprived of that for a month. haha. this friday gonna ton!!! ohhh... daddy's friend recorded a CD of his old song.. he used to sing, and he recorded on an album. i almost mistook it for rod steward. i must say, i think daddy has really a lot of musical talent in him!! but i hate his huskie talking voice, wish he'd just lose it. he says he wants his huskie singing voice back tho. haha. his guitar skills re getting better and better. he's now preparing for upcoming guitar lessons.. prolly in the next couple of months he might start already. hehs. daddy is pro. i'm proud of him. cos both of us are crazy over music n nothing else. tho different genres, but i'm proud of him, nonetheless. haha. love daddy n mommy! |
